Why, kids, it’s Random Wednesday!!! I do believe I become more random every day, but in the interest of maintaining some decorum (and, we all need decorum)I try to be random only one day a week.
I am still slogging, and I do mean slogging, along with Thing 2. It looks like Thing 1 only it’s about 2/3 done instead of complete. Here is Thing 1. Yea, verily, she is complete. Thing 2 is not. Verily, or otherwise.
Someday I will post pictures of Thing 1 and Thing 2 and you will all be amazed. I will, too, of course. This is not a hard knit. My problem has been finding the time to knit. I will persevere. I’m ornery like that.
So, since I’m unable to produce a picture of a completed Thing 2 or enchant you with stories of our construction workers (for the ramp, remember?) who showed up Monday, but not Tuesday, and we’re supposed to have rain for the next three days and just typing this has made me mad all over again, the dumb clucks. I will entertain you with my soundtrack today. I’m on a JA jag and for some reason that JA jag remark struck me as funny. That just shows to go you that it takes virtually nothing to make me laugh anymore. Here’s another Jefferson Airplane. This time with Grace Slick and Marty Balin. It still resonates with me and I love it. The title is “Today”. Listen and enjoy.
And, have a good one!!!!!

Construction “GUYS” are just the worst. JA is so good and so much better than the later version, Jefferson Starship. Remember it’s the process. Be nice to your knitting and it will (hopefully) be nicer to you. ;-D
You have a good one, too!!
Oh. Baby.
That’s what I’m talking about. Thank you for taking me back. Mercy.
Sorry about the construction guys. argh.
Thing 2 will happen. I’m glad you’re not ‘fretting’.. all in time, enjoy the process (that’s what I do).
Embryonic Journey?
xox
Construction sucks. I hope the ramp is finished before the wet and cold weather sets in. I woke up thinking it was Thursday… I’m glad you set me straight or today could have been off to a rocky start. Hugs to you!
Hmm, looks like I wasn’t the only one who woke up thinking it was Thursday
Thanks to you, we can stay on track!!!
What is it w/ construction people who show up when they’re not supposed to and don’t show up when they’re supposed to? My parents were getting work done on the roof and the master bath and let’s just say the experience was frustrating for them!
Hope your ramp gets finished before it pours down.
If you need all of us to call and bitch at ‘em, you just let us know
Happy Wednesday Cindy!
Construction guys must be the same all over. It took over three months to get my roof finished. You have a good hump day too!
