Well, hello again!

It’s Wednesday, so it is time for serous randoming. I have had a couple of experiences this fall where I become very short of breath after working in the yard. I am either a borderline asthmatic or a full-on hypochondriac. I can’t decide, but want you all know if it happens again [...]

Strange Folk Festival, 2009

The weekend went pretty well until Sunday. Sunday rocked!!! It was so cool. I was floored by the creativity and youth represented.  Actually, the whole weekend was just fine, but Sunday…wow.  I had a great time.  I saw Rachel and many many many unique crafters.  I loved it.  My BSIL and Peanut [...]

Yes, indeedy do, it is once again Friday. The last working of day of the working week in my world. Well, not really. I work four days a week now. Not five. So, for most, Friday is the last working day of a work week. Wordy, but I feel [...]

Hello, again. It’s me.

Yes. Like a bad penny, I keep coming back at regularly scheduled intervals. When you have nothing to say and are quite eloquent about it, you must maintain a schedule.  It is quite hard to be eloquent and not say anything.  Politicians have been doing it for eons, but I have to work [...]

Another weekend passed by without too much personal drama. Dealing with Mom’s death on a day to day basis. It’s been 3 months and her loss has become more real.  I worry that it is too easy to live without her.  That I should be beating my breast and wailing occasionally.  Yet, I [...]

Come on you sleepy kids. Open those eyes and look outside. What do you see? The outside? Aren’t you the most clever kids.  You make me so proud.
No current pictures of knitting today because I am still slogging along on the Corrugator Scarf.  I wish I could say like Norma and [...]

It’s Wednesday, again???

Hello all!!! It’s Wednesday. I cannot believe how quickly it came. Each week. What can I say? They are getting shorter and shorter and shorter. Or is it the weekends?  Dangit.
I’m very nearly done with the Corrugated Scarf.  After that, I have another quick knit to get done and [...]
